Multigenerational family house

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the design multigenerational family house, which is situated in the village Nemošice near Pardubice. This is a two-story building with partial basement. The building is designed for housing 4-6 persons. The house is built of brick Porotherm systém, the roof is flat. In first floor in main part of house is the living room, garage for two parking spaces and storage of garden furniture. In the second part of first floor is a separate dewelling unit. In the second floor is a space for sleeping and rating. In the basement are storage rooms, utility room and workshop.

The topic of the master’s thesis is the design basic school for the first and second stage, which is located in the part of Pardubice named Pardubičky. It is a four-storey building, where you will find a total of 18 ordinary classrooms and other specialized classrooms (for example computer lab, physics lab, chemistry lab). The building is designed for 540 students. The building is built of brick Heluz system, the roof is flat. Each floor is hygienic facilities for both boys, girls, and for teachers and for persons with reduced mobility. In the ground floor are locker rooms, classrooms and sanitary facilities. In second floor are classrooms, facilities for teachers and cabinets. In the third floor are ordinary and specialized classrooms and fourth floor is engine room for air conditioning, and classrooms. Entry to the building is wheelchair accessible, the building has elevators.

The diploma work is dealing with a new building multifunctional building, which is divided to a medical center and two flats for living. The building has three floors with different altitudes and partial cellar. The object is covered by flat roof. The location of the house is on a mildly slanting surface. The basics is made of concrete C16/20. External walls are stalled from POROTHERM 44 P+D and insulated system ETICS. The internal vertical walls are made from POROTHERM 30 P+D and POROTHERM 36,5 AKU, partitions from blocks POROTHERM 11,5 P+D and POROTHERM 14 P+D. The ceiling construction above each floor is made from filigree panels.

The diploma thesis is focused on design of a monolithic reinforced concrete structure of an apartment building situated in a gap site. The foundation is designed on a foundation slab supported by piles, which together with the walls in the basement are made as a waterproofness concrete structure. It is a two-way wall construction system, made in a combination of masonry and reinforced concrete. The structure was assessed for the ultimate limit state and the serviceability limit state. Due to the requirement for waterproofness, the reinforcement was designed for non-force effects at an early stage. The work includes drawings of shapes and reinforcement.

The theme of bachelor´s thesis is family house in Miletin. The family house is a single unit building intended for the permanent family living. It is a family house with two floors and basement. Family house is set in a slinty sloping terrain. The building was constructed using traditional materials and technologies. The building is designed of system POROTHERM and ceiling construction of system POROTHERM MIAKO. The cladding is insulated by contact insulation. Facades are broken color in combination with a large glass window openings. The windows are plastic with insulating glass. The roofs are flat.
